Delivery guy apparently got lost. I phoned restaurant he said he was busy that day but I am 5-10 mins away from the time they text me to say it was out for delivery and the time the courier got to me was just over 45mins . So total 1hour 45mins. I did tell the restaurant manager that the food wood be cold in this time and I was right. But I had ordered takeout as I hoped it would be quicker and easier . But for the money I could have cooked meals for a week in that time . Either don’t cook the food until you have a delivery person or maybe show the delivery person how to use his sat nav. He could have walked there and back in that time . So food wasn’t great a disappointment as so many times they have been good but the last 2 times not good as food has been luke warm. I have given very positive reviews of this restaurant in the past. What has changed?

Order a lot from you guys, usually delicious but burger was unfortunately burnt quite badly this time. Im a busy nurse and had just got home from a 13 hour shift or I would've walked it back but was very hungry, please dont out out burnt food again as usually my favourite takeaway?

Really good about to order again so hopefully just as good …. Burger was really good and really hot. Pizza was spot on .
